Founder Biography
Courtney's career in research and technology has taken her all over the world working with a multidisciplinary network of scientists and engineers engaged in understanding sedimentary earth systems from deposition to present day subsurface properties. Her work has contributed to new molecular level measurements and observations, and new hardware and software tools. Her professional experiences also presented valuable opportunities in leadership and team building. Courtney grew to love building teams and supporting the growth and development of the next generation of practitioners to maximize the value of geochemical and more generally earth science information, bridging natural systems and business application.
